cat6509 and exception ( PID=28 L3 Aging)

The cat6509 has rebooted and showing following exception in the Log.

Its running 7.6(1). It looks like a software issue but I can't search the Bugs for this software . Has anybody seen this before?

Re: cat6509 and exception ( PID=28 L3 Aging)

I found a bug CSCdz49348 which deals with Cat6509 might crash by Exception at PID = 25 L3Aging.

Check it out using the Bug Toolkit on cisco.com

However this issue was in Version 6.3 (7). Not sure about 7.6(1)
