CAT6509

I have CAT6509 with dual SUP in it, it was all working until now and now i cant ping/telnet to the management console of the supervisor. I can't even ping it from the MSFC part (wierd) or anywhere from the network. I was able to console into the switch and everything seems to be okay and I was able to ping devices on the network. I know that reboot would help but in my environment it is hard to get approval for reboot, anyone has any suggestion without a reboot?
