Cat6K - SUP in High Avail / MSFC2 in SRM mode / how to monitor ?
Does somebody know the SNMP MIB we have to poll in order to verify the status of a standby Supervisor when High availability is activated. We want to make sure that the standby supervisor is not dead so it is ready to take to lead if the primary SUP failed.
Following question is important since it seem that the Supervisor SUP720 only support the SRM mode.
So same question that the first one but this time ralated to the MSFC2 when SRM mode is used. Since all the interfaces are Down on the NDR router - we can't ping any of those. So is there a SNMP MIB we can poll giving us the ability to know is the NDR router is still there and active.

Depending on your catOS or IOS version you may be able to use the entityfru cefcModuleStatusChange trap from the CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB, otherwise the switch supervisor may send a warmStart trap.
