Catalyst 2950 MIB's.

I need to know which Catalyst 2950 MIB's (or general MIB's) do I have to use (if any) to obtain the following information or make the following configuration changes using SNMP:

1.- To obtain all MAC's learned by all ports of the switch.

2.- To create a new VLAN in the switch

3.- To assign a port of the switch to a VLAN
