I am operate a c3550 with SMI,but I cannot launch the "web cluster manager" from a NT client .(I have download the java 1.3.0 ,and 1.4.0 to use,but at 1.3.0

env the cluster manage page disappears and at the 1.4.0 env there are errors

when cluster manage page running.) I have do necessary permission at control panel.

How can i do next? thanks.

I would suggest you try uninstalling the older versions of the java plug-in and then re-installing 1.3.0.

I have reinstall the java plug in at both the win98 station and win2k station,they

led to the same result. (When i use java 1.4.0 ,the result is better ,I notice the program is download from switch,but abnormal terminated.)
