Catalyst 5505 to Cable Modem

I have my home network running with a Cisco Catalyst 5505 has a Supervisor II module, and a ws-x5302 Route Switch Module. I use the chassis because I am learning Cisco technology. Because my Comcast ISP requires DHCP, I'm trying to configure it to use DHCP to get the IP address for the VLAN that goes to the internet. However, it seems it doesnt support the "ip address dhcp" command in interface configuration mode. Is there something I need to add, or is there software that needs to be updated? The sh version command on my RSM displays Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software

IOS (tm) C5RSM Software (C5RSM-ISV-M), Version 12.2(34), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1.) Was wondering what I need to do?

Re: Catalyst 5505 to Cable Modem

Currently I have to use a linksys router between the Catalyst and the Cable modem just because of the DHCP.
