We have Catalyst 6006 switch.

Supervisor : WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE

DRAM : 64MB

Can anybody tell me the exact specification of the DRAM..?

I mean what type of memory required (i.e. MHz, SD RAM or DDR RAM ..? ).
