When running Native IOS on a Catalyst 6500 and VTP Server is enabled, where is the VTP database stored? With CatOS if the switch was a VTP server the VLAN information was stored in the config and with lower-end IOS-based switches a VLAN.DAT file exists in the flash-file system. With Native IOS I can't see where the database is. Non VTP VLANs (1025 and up) are stored in global configuration but none of the normal range vlans appear. All the VTP show commands display the correct information, its just the database I am confused over.
Are there any implications when running dual-Supervisors/MSFC's with VTP?
