Catalyst 6500 support nat ?

Hello,

My catalyst 6509 has WS-X6K-S1A-MSFC2

and the ios is c6sup12-is-mz.121-4.E1

.I want to know whether the 6509 support nat ? If yes, what different between 6509 and other router(ex:7206)?

I know that catalyst 2948g-l3 don't support nat , but 3550,4000, 5000 serial multilayer switch can support nat ?

Re: Catalyst 6500 support nat ?

cat6500 will support NAT as it's running IOS which is like our router IOS.

Incase if cat6500 , SP is running cat OS and RP is running MSFC, the NAT part will be taken

care of by MSFC. As you have the IOS image this will take care of NAT. This is exactly like

our rotuer IOS.
