Catalyst 6509 Power Issues

I have Catalyst 6509 switch. While doing a routine check i found that it says system minor alarm on power suppy 1 power output failed. I am thinking it is a issue with the first power suppy or its a issue with the twist lock cable. Following is the ouput.
