catalyst6k WS-X6248-RJ-45 and Compaq NC3163 problem

Hello,

we've got problems between Ports of catalyst modules WS-X6248-RJ-45 and Compaq NIC's NC3163.

The counter of aligment errors increases. We've changed the cable. No speed and duplex mismatch.

Trunk and channel are off. Portfast is enabled.

Does someone have an idea?
