This catalyst 5500 is in production but for any reason we lost the enable password but i can see the encrypted password so, does anybody know a way to discover the password?
Reboot it and just after it has booted you have a small window (of time...) where the Catalyst will accept carriage return (i.e. no password) as the console and enable passwords. Other than that I think you are out of luck - good excuse for some weekend evertime though ;o)
