We are looking to convert our 6509s from running Catos to IOS. I have found documents detailing how to do the image conversion. Is there anything out there that helps which converting the configuration file without having to redo all the commands?

There is a utility on CCO for converting CatOS configs to Native configs:

The Configuration Converter tool will help but you may have to convert some of the commands manually (depending on your current CatOS config), as noted in the tool's help:
"The following bullets list the caveats of this tool:
- CatOS has no concept of layer3, and as such, all interface commands will be converted into an associated interface VLAN.
- All routed interfaces must be manually configured.
- QoS commands are not converted.
- All features not currently supported by Cisco IOS will not be converted and will be listed as 'skipped commands'."
And don't forget to read the terms and conditions for this tool.
