CBWFQ : Not supported on subinterfaces. For all platforms and IOS feature sets?

I read in the documentation that CBWFQ is not supported on subinterfaces.

Is this true for all platforms?

Is CBWFQ supported on subinterfaces for somo platforms and IOS features?
