ChangeAudit not running

Hello,

in my installation CW2000 LMS 1.1 on NT4 the ChangeAudit process isn'nt running. If i start it manually via server configuration->administration->process management or via pdexec, the process runs only several seconds. The log files are not updated, there for i have no hints for the reason.

Does anybody know how to debug ChangeAudit or the EDS ?

Is it the same as for the IcServer ?

$NMSROOT/bin/pdmsg 'IcServer: ADB:=0xFFFFFFFF LDB:=0xFFFFFFF'

yes you can use the same thing for icserver and it will be logged to the syslog.log

Here is the procedure for the debug enable log file:

1) Edit the File

/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/config/archive/config.properties and change

the value of DEBUG=0 to DEBUG=5.

2) Stop ChangeAudit Process by executing the command in CLI

pdterm ChangeAudit

3)Start ChangeAudit Process by executing the Command in CLI

pdexec ChangeAudit

4) Do an Update Archive for the Device in question.

5) get the ChangeAudit.log file from /log/ directory.
