The reseller who sold you this NM should have verified this for you, as they have access to the Hardware/Software Compatibility Matrix ( http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/Support/HWSWmatrix/hwswmatrix.cgi ) and other online tools to help. If you don't have an appropriate image, the reseller should be able to get it for you.
Then comes the question of getting it loaded, particularly if you now no longer have an ethernet interface to perform a TFTP transfer over.
