Changing hostname for CiscoWorks for Windows 6.0

We have changed the hostname (Windows 2000) from the PC where CiscoWorks 6.0 is installed. After the change we are not able to use the Web interface.

Q1: Is there a procedure what files have to be changed for CiscoWorks (including WhatsUp Gold)?

SInce CWW does not have any database, the quick way would be to just re-install CWW again (if possible)
