I like to change the IP address of my Ciscowork2000 Rev5 server. Does it corupt any thing in CiscoWork or do I have any problem changing IP address in the ciscoworks server.

Have a look at the following tech tips if you want to change the ip address/hostname of your CW2K server for the procedure:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/RME/sol_hostname.html -> Solaris
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/RME/winnt_hostname.html -> Windows
Make sure that your're not using DHCP for yor CW2K server as it requires a Static ip address.

Thank you for you quick responce. I just want to varify that, according to above doc, I just change the IP address of the server, It did not required any configuration changes in Ciscowork as compare to change Host name required lots of step to follow. Just change the IP address in Windows NT. I am using static IP address.
