The signalling between router & provider is not different from an E1 that is used for other purposes. So the location of the D-channels is identical as well. These definition varies with the signalling that is used.
For Euro-ISDN, channel s 15 & 31 are allocated to the D-channel.
The D-channel is configured through int sX/X:15.
