How do I delete the information that is stored in the 'check contract status'. The account I specified is no longer valid, and I'd like to modify it. Thanks.

When you say account information, do you want to change the CCO username/password info for that contract?. If so, then once you login to RME, you can use Modify my Profile to modify this info which will then be used by Check Contract status.

RME uses CCO to pull the info using the Check Contract Status using the devices used in the search. It does not store any contract info locally. If you need to modify your contract info then:
- Either use CCO Service Contract Center http://www.cisco.com/public/scc/ OR
-Contact Cisco.com support team to do it for you:

My original post was not specific. I have a valid CCO account, however the account information that was entered into the check contract status is not valid. How do I make the change on my end to apply my information instead
whats in there now. Currently if I select the check contract status an entry exists, I just want to change the info reprsented to a valid account. Thanks.
