when i telent into it has one password then enable has another i need to secure the router

Enable password are of two types. Clear text and Secret passwords. Its advisable to use secret enable passwords. These can be enabled by using,

enable secret When this statement appears on the running config, it appears encrypted. I would say if you are seeing a clear text enabled password (which is enabled using "enable password " command, remove that and use secret password instead.

If you want to see all passwords in your router to be encrypted while viewing, you can use,

Service password-encryption in the global config mode.
