Cisco 1720 backup on both S1 and S0 on BRI0

i had 1720 router with serial 1, serial 0 and bri0 i (2 WAN, 1 ISDN) want to configure backup for both the serial ports at a time, means any of the lease line goes down it will automatically transfer to BRI One serial is use frame rely and other is using ppp encapsulation, if possible please send us configuration.
