Hi, we can connect with Bay router to our Cisco with no problem. But the other way around gives problems. It seems he connects but then he disconnects immediately. Can't give config of Bay as it is at client side. But hereby the log on our cisco router. According to me it's something with chap authenticaton but not sure. Anybody any idea? Where can you find info on how to interpret this log? THANKS

Hi, I don't see anything wrong here, but you need to add "debug ppp authentication" to the debugging that you are already doing, and post the results.

The debug you have posted may not be full. But as you can see from the PPP negotiatioin log that bay router wants to do CHAP with cisco router. But does the cisco router configured for that too? We need to see the running config from the cisco router as well. So post the config with the debug for following for a call to get the clear idea. Also capture the debug till isdn connection disconnects.
debug ppp negotiation
debug ppp authentication
debug dialer
debug isnd q931
