Cisco 2501 Router Error on Startup

Currently I am running Cisco IOS<sup></sup> Release 11.1(24). Every time I do a reload on my 2501 router, I get the following error message at startup:

You bootstrap is version 4.14(9.1) (equal to 9.14(9.1) and your IOS is version 11.1(24).

When your router boots up, it loads the bootstrap image, then try to interpret the NVRAM content (your

router configuration) and then loads the IOS 11.1(24).

The problem is that the bootstrap doesn't undertand all the configuration commands.

But this problem is only cosmetic.

To fix it, you will have to upgrade the bootstrap of your router to a version matching yor IOS version.
