Looking to upgrade IOS with latest release....running Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software

It appears that with the latest release 12.3, there are several software feature sets, each having a recommended memory and flash size. Where can I find what does each feature set contains?

I've tried looking at the Cisco IOS Feature Navigator tool but cannot find your IOS in there. It's better to log a call with Cisco and ask for their recommendation.
