I have a router 3640 and i need a capacity grater than 8 Mbps, i have this router with 2 modules NM-2W with 2 WIC-2T, so I have 8 serial interfaces.

Can i have 8 Mbps in one of this module?

Why if i connect this 4 serial interface i can pass 7 Mbps o the fourth line do bounsing all the time?
