Cisco 3620 and a Duxbury ISDN modem

Is there an issue using a Duxbury ISND TA128 modem to dial into a Cisco 3620 router?

I have not managed to get this type of modem to dial in, other ISDN modems get in fine.

Hi,

Can you provide more information on how the router is configured at present.(ie ppp etc)
