Cisco 3660 reboot himself

Hello:

I have already installed a Cisco Router With this specifications:

cisco 3660 (R527x)

flash:c3660-is-mz.122-10a.bin

3660 Chassis type: ENTERPRISE

4 Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)

3 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)

4 Serial network interface(s)

4 Serial(sync/async) network interface(s)

16 Low-speed serial(sync/async) network interface(s)

DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity disabled.

125K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

32768K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

Today router dont response and connected me by console it show me this:

***WATCH DOG TIMEOUT***

PC= 0x800001C0 SP= 0x61F55bb0

***TLB (Load/Fetch) Exeption ***

Acces Address= 0x4000100

PC= 0xbfc1094c Cause=0x8008 StatusReg= 0x30410002

And system dont response. I reboot this and system start up normally, but 5 minutes after this system crash again.

I would open a tac case

Prior to opening the TAC case capture a sh log sh tech and while the box is booting up capture the console messages.
