Cisco 4000-M Router

Hi, I have a cisco 4000-M router for my home lab and when I start it up it gives me an error "Failed sizing main memory". I have reseated all the memory modules and even removed the boot rom and reseated it. But it did not help. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks

I have always seen this as bad DRAM.

I changed the DRAM also. But had no luck.
