Hello,

The show logging command shows the configured logging levels (0 - 7 (emergencies - debugging)).

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/switches/ps679/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a008007f79f.html

If you need to know what specific logging messages match to which logging levels then you can check the system message guide for your appropriate version of CatOS (e.g. http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/sw_6_3/msg__gd/smg_6_3.pdf)

Hope this helps.

Regards,

James

The answer from James is good about logging levels and what messages are what level. But I believe that the original question really is asking how to see the individual messages.

Try the command show log buff and that should show the individual messages.
