Cisco 7500 network adapter PA-4E full duplex ?

Cisco documentation claims PA-4E support 10M Full Duplex on 7500 platform, I am running IOS 12.1.20, but under the Ethernet interface, there is no Duplex full command option? Any feedback ? Thanks in advance
