cisco 801 bri to bri

I am a CCNA student and I just bought 3 Cisco 801 routers on E-Bay.

The version is 12.1

My question is: Is there a possibility to make my router back-to-back on the Bri interface?

With the 801 I also receive a alpha telecom inc ut620F adapter might it help acheiving my goal?

A link for that adaptor:

Thanks for any help

BRI back-to-back is not possible, you'll need an ISDN simulator in between the 801s.

The adapter appears to be an NT1 that is required to make a S/T interface to U interface.

Just FYI, PRI back-to-back is possible. Simply configure "isdn protocol-emulate network" on one side's D channel and use "isdn protocol-emulate user" (the default) on the other side. Will need a T1 x-over cable.

Thanks, Mak.
