cisco 805 - how to monitor traffic by each internal host

hello

i've a cisco 805 running 12.0(7)T.

the LAN is on 192.168 and is overloaded to a global ip pool for internet browsing.

is there anyway (perhaps using SNMP) to monitor, at any given time, how much of the bandwidth is being used by which internal IP?

A couple documents you may wish to read. You may be limited on how much you can actually monitor on an 800 series though:
