Cisco 827 port forwarding problem

We have a remote office connected to the internet via a ppoe conection. The 827 is our connection device. We access our main server with telnet sessions. Each client device has a virtual port no. assigned to it. A matching port no. has been assigned on the server. We can access the server and log on but if we attempt to change tasks, the computer will either freeze or the session will terminate. It appears that port specific respones are not getting thru the router to the proper machine. (ISP swears all packets are being sent)

Can the 827 portforward or can this be done with NAT?

Example config?

Thanks

R. Graves

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer.
