My customer has bought some routers Cisco 827 with IOS ver.flash:c820-y6-mz.121-5.YB4 with only IP features.
For install IOS with IPSEC features this routers need of at least 20 mega byte of RAM but they has installed 16 megabyte.
Does it possible upgrade the Ram from 16 to 20?
If so what do I must order?
Thanks
Lorenzo

Cisco 827 routers currently ship with 16 MB of DRAM on board, and a 16-MB DRAM module in the memory slot; you cannot add additional DRAM.

Ok ,
so because my customer has installed only 16 Mega , it should be that on board and have the slot free for 4,8 or 16 megabyte .
Is it correct?
thanks
