Initial install, unable to receive either transmit or receive indicator after booting up. Configuration is from a know working 827H except for username and password. Would you receive the indications upon attempting to contact vendors end? Even though the username and password might be in correct. Using console connection I noticed line errors indications had line problems which require local Telco to troubleshoot. If the signal isnt strong enough could this cause the problem? Any help would be appreciated
