Cisco bridging compatibility withother vendors' equipment

The problem we are having is the following:

We have a Cisco 36xx and an Ericsson (ex-ACC) router that are connected with Frame Relay routing IP,but we cannot configure for transparent bridging (i.e. to pass LAT through the FR connection). The Ericsson router uses 802.1d for bridging.Cisco uses the same protocol for bridging.

How can we configure the Cisco router in order to be able to have transparent bridging between the Cisco and the Ericsson router until the Ericsson hardware is replaced by Cisco hardware?

Re: Cisco bridging compatibility withother vendors' equipment

Greetings:

YOu didnot put the configurations try it first with IP routing and IETF. If that works, it will verify the F-Relay connection is good. Then, set up a F-Relay map bridge with IETF and an bridge group and see what happens.
