Cisco Catalyst switch 3560

My Cisco catalyst 3560 switch PoE 48 port was working fine, until it just started displaying only the SYST LED with a green light and other LEDs don't come on. When you power on you only hear the fan noise an reduces and you see no output when you console into it. Any ideas?
