I am trying to get to CCO via the Ciscoview >>Package Support Updater. I have entered both the cco login and proxy server but it does not work. I know and I am 100% sure that the values are corect. Using the same values in the Management Connection works very well and also from the browser and via the cisco web site?
Please where else can I check and wha may be wrong
