Cisco configuration Professional cannot open

I am finding it difficult to open cisco configuration professional. I have downloaded and install ccp version 7 from cisco website, but each time i try opening it, i get this error message: Access to C:\Program files(x86)\cisco systems\ciscoCP\bin\_uiDefaultLoadComplete was denied

I try opening it from my browser(firefox) I get this error message: Cisco CP Express application could not be lauched. If express is lauched using https try the following  steps and relauch CP Express

1. Disable TLS option in JRE settings (Java Control Panel-Advanced-Security.

I have done this but still the application cannot be lauch. What should I do?

CCP Express is the version to be run on the router only. For your PC, you should download and install CCP PC version (2.7 dated 15 April 2013 is the most current as of this writing) from this link:
