guys,
anyone ever heard of any tools that can manage a scope/scopes on cisco routers .eg ip`s in use scope`s on box ..that sort of thing ..solarwinds one doesn`t do routers

It's not possible to do via SNMP atleast. As IOS does not have a mib for the DHCP server.
