Cisco Dial Out (CDO) via Cisco router 2503

I want to establish the next thing. I am using the Cisco Dial Out tool to make a COM connection via TCP/IP to an access server 2503 with an ISDN interface.

The problem I face is that I can not access the access server via poort 6001. If I do a port scan on the 2503. I notice that that port 6001 is available.

I think it has to do with the configuration of my ISDN port. Can anyone profide me with the correct config for my ISDN BRI0 port.

Kind regards,

IDJ van der Ven

Re: Cisco Dial Out (CDO) via Cisco router 2503

I am not aware of using Cisco Dialout Utility for ISDN interface, it's used for Access server modems.

Please refer to RFC 2217 Telnet Com Port Control Option

Replacement for CDU is Dialout/EZ, again used for analog modems/PSTN.

Thanks, Mak.
