Re: Cisco Firewall1 NAT causing Flap/Loop in my switched Network
Hi prem, here is the message I'd been getting from the logs.
127: May 23 00:38:21.354 UTC: %RTD-1-ADDR_FLAP: FastEthernet0/1 relearning 8 addrs per min
%RTD-1-ADDR_FLAP: FastEthernet0/15 relearning 9 addrs per min
This has been resolved a few days ago. The machine which was causing the loop was removed from the network. But after the machine was installed again, the loop returns. This is probable because the mac address of the NIC is the one registered in the checkpoint FW config. for NAT. I'm saying this because when a second NIC was added, the FLAP dissapeared.
