cisco output Errors

Hi,

can anyone help me to explain the meaning of "Output Errors" in fastethernet interface. Because i getting huge amount of output error (even more than collision). please see below

hk4500#show interface

hi raymond

Try to force (manually) duplex and speed on both u r router ethernet and switch port where u r routers ethernet is connected.

try full duplex,speed 100Mbps.
