Cisco Router Web Setup Hangs

Hi All,

After installing MS SBS2003 with two NICs,Router (830) is available, everithings fine, but in IE hangs at "Loading Cisco Router Web Setup. Please Wait..." With my old system I used and configured this Router 1000 times, and had no such problem. Anyone has a solution?

there seems to be nothing on CCO related to IE settings for Windows 2003, so the only document available is for Windows 2000...can you check if you have your Java console enabled in IE ? Here is a link to the Cisco Router Web Setup 3.3 Troubleshooting Guide, not sure if you hve already looked at this:

Thanks for the answer. I tried with XP as well, the story is the same. It stops at "Loading Cisco Router Web Setup". Is it possible that the webflash files are corrupted?

Try this from your browser:

Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab

Uncheck any "Java" and "Microsoft VM" boxes.

Restart your browser and see if it works.
