Cisco Switch 2960 issue (CPU rev: B)

Hello,

I have an issue with cisco switch 2960, the color of ( SYS LED ) is red but when i turn off and turn on the switch the color of the LED became green but when i trying to login to the switch via (Tera Term) this message pop up ((( CPU rev: B ))).

So, can you help me because it's urgent.

The switch is dead.  Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA.
