I have to place an aggregation switch for uplinks connection with fiber connectivity. i.e. Does Cisco has a fixed switch with either 24 or 48 Fiber SFPs?
Or only we need to have modular switches?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I don't believe such a fixed config switch exists. You need to look at modular switches such as the 45xx and the 65xx.

Thank you.
I checked that at Cisco products. As you mentioned only modular switches. Just to make sure.
Thanks

Cisco Catalyst 3750G-12S has 12 SFP and can be stacked. Such a stack will be a way cheaper then any one modular switch.

12 ports are not enough.
Thanks

As I said they can be stacked.
