Cisco UBR924 Error message ??

Hello All I am new to this so bear with me. I have a cisco UBR924 that I just got and it works ok. When i reload it I get an errors mesage

DSPFWFAILURE: DSPRM internal error[../src-m850-ubr920/if_init

_dspdd.c:392

Does anyone know what this means?? I looked it up and Cisco says to call tech support. Since I got this as a gift it was not purchased from cisco so I do not think I can get tech support. Any help would be great.

Already looked there.. There is no information for that error message, and as stated above the error message decoder requires access which I dont have.
