Resource Manager/Topology View do not recognize Cat2950 switch (unknown type)?

I have installed a Cat2950 device pakage (ver.3.0) and CiscoView is OK!

Software: CWRW-1.2-P1-K9

CWLMS-2.1-K9

hi,

for the cisco view you can download the latest patch to support 2950

[ Cat2950.cv50.v3-0.zip ]

but for the topology View , untill now there is no support for 2950 as far as I know !!! also there is no IDU for the campus manager 3.1 !!

Support for these devices were added in IDU (Incremental Device Update) 1.0, which was released in August. IDUs are due out every 3 months, so you might want to check the URL below every once in a while.

You can download the IDUs from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/idu10

The ones you need are for RME 3.4, Campus 3.2 and CMF 2.1
