I am new to Cisco Works and I would like to know if anyone has integrated Cisco Works 2000 with the Remedy ARS system. Basically what I want to do is send alarms from Cisco to the Remedy system thereby creating a help desk ticket. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
